Exempts Farm income Insurance Scheme Notification No. 13/ 2005-Service Tax Dated 2nd May, 2005 . G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 3/2000-Service Tax, dated the 6th July, 2000 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 588 (E), dated the 6th July, 2000, namely:- In the said notification, after the words "Seed Crop Insurance", the words "or the Farm Income Insurance Scheme" shall be inserted.
