Onions Export Allowed Upto 7/6/2000 NOTIFICATION No.17 (RE-2000)/1997-2002 Dated 26th May,2000 . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, (incorporating amendments made upto 31.3.2000), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002" (incorporating amendments made upto 31.3.2000). The following amendment shall be made in the entry at ITC(HS) Code No.0703 in ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Imports items, 1997-2002, (incorporating amendments made upto 31st August, 1998) at Schedule-2, Table-B in continuation to the Notification No. 46(RE-99)/1997-2002, dated 9th February, 2000 . The following shall be added at the end of Paragraph (iv) of Notification No. 11 (RE-2000)/1997-2000 dated 26th April, 2000 read with Notification No. 16 (RE-2000)/1997- 2002 dated 17th May, 2000. 'However in respect of NOCs issued in the month of May 2000, Shipment of exports can take place till 7th June, 2000.' This issues in Public Interest. Sd/- (N.L.
