Notification of Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 NOTIFICATION NO. 01/2005, DT. 08/04/2005 In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.2 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby notifies the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 incorporating the Annual Supplement as updated on 8th April 2005 and contained in Annexure to this notification. The policy shall come into force w.e.f. 1st April 2005. This issues in Public interest. ( K.T.
