De-oiled Rice Bran - freely exportable NOTIFICATION NO. 09/2005, DT. 21/06/2005 In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the "ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 2004-2009":- 2. The H.S. Code No. 23022010 against S1.No.71 of Chapter 23 under Heading "Residues and Waste from the Food Industries, Prepared Animal Fodder" in Schedule - 2, Export Policy stands deleted to make "De-oiled Rice Bran" freely exportable. 3.
