NOTIFICATION NO. 09/2005, DT. 21/06/2005 regarding to De-oiled Rice Bran - Effect from 01/09/2004 NOTIFICATION NO. 22/2005, DT. 26/08/2005 S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby amends Para-3 of Notification No. 9 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 dated 21st June, 2005 to read as "This will have retrospective effect from 01.09.2004". 2.
