CBEC appoints Special Adjudicators for many DRI cases CUS NTF NO. 43/2007 (NT) DATE 04/05/2007 Appointment of special adjudicators.- S.O. 713(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 and Sub-section (1) of section 5 - of the Customs Act, 1.962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Goa and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on Commissioner of Customs, Port Import, Chennai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Twenty First Century Wire Road Ltd., Madkai, Goa and others, issued vide, F.
