(A/Cs) (ii)/312 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 42 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) , the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, notifies the annual rate of interest at the rate of fifteen percent for the purpose of the said section.
