Superseded vide Notification No. F. 3(32)/Fin.(T E)/2008-09/Jsfin/110, dated 04/03/2009 Qualifications, terms of office and other conditions in respect of appointment of members of Appellate Tribunal defined GOVERNMENT OF NATIONALCAPITALTERRITORY OF DELHI FINANCE (ACCOUNTS) DEPARTMENT DELHI SACHIVALAYA, I.P.ESTATE: NEW DELHI-02 No.F.101(341)/2005-Fin.(A/Cs)(ii)/1592 Dated: 27.06.2005 NOTIFICATION No.F.101(344)/2005-Fin.(A/Cs)/(ii)/1592 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of Section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) , the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to order that until the rules are framed or modified in this regard by the Government, the qualifications, term of office and other conditions of service notified under sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Delhi Sales Tax Act, 1975 (43 of 1975) vide this Government's Notification No.F.4(31)/2000/Fin.E-I/327 Kha dated 11th July, 2000 and Notification No.F.101(100)/2002-Fin (A/Cs)/363-73 dated the 20th April, 2002 in respect of appointment of Member of the Appellate Tribunal constituted under section 13 of the said Act shall apply in relation to the appointment of a Member of Appellate Tribunal constituted under sub-section (1) of section 73 and subject to the stipulations contained in the proviso to the said sub-section of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) .
