Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the opinion that it is expedient in the interest of general public so to do. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 8 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (74 of 1956) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs' Notification No.S.O.331(E) dated 21st October, 1975, the Lt.
