Amendments in the existing entries at Sl.No.44 of Table B Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items (1st September, 2004-31st March, 2009) NOTIFICATION No. 37 (RE - 2007)/2004-2009 NEW DELHI, DATED: The 15 th October, 2007 S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in the existing entries at Sl.No.44 of Table B Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items (1st September, 2004-31st March, 2009) as amended from time to time. 2. Tariff item HS code 07122000 be deleted from column 2 of the table at entry no 44. 3. Following entry no 44A is inserted after entry no 44 with immediate effect: Sl.No. Tariff Item HS Code Item/Description Policy Nature of Restrictions 44A 07122000 Onion (all varieties) including Bangalore Rose Onions and Krishnapuram Onions.
