Set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for engineering sector at villages Hamirpur, Khetawas, Wazirpur, Saidpur, District- Gurgaon by M/s. Raheja Haryana SEZ Developers Pvt. Ltd MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 10 th March, 2008 S.O.466 (E). -Whereas M/s. Raheja Haryana SEZ Developers Pvt. Ltd., a fully Private Organization in the State of Haryana, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for engineering sector at villages Hamirpur, Khetawas, Wazirpur, Saidpur, District- Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana; And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under subsection (8) of Section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter -of approval under sub-section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for engineering sector at the said Hamirpur, Khetawas, Wazirpur, Saidpur villages, District- Gurgaon in the State of Haryana on 10 th August, 2007; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at the said Villages at Gurgaon District, in the State of Haryana, as a Special Economic Zone, namely: Total Area; 103.0154 [F.
