Amends notification no. 25/2005 CE(NT) dated 13-5-2005 - Chief Commissioners Commissioners' Committees for review cases TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No.21/2008- Central Excise (N.T) New Delhi, the 28th March 2008. G.S.R. 234(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 25/2005-Central Excise (N.T), dated the 13 th May,2005 , namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl.
