Appoints deemed to be Inland Container Depot at at Madhuranthagam Taluk, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu - S.O. 745(E).- - Special Economic Zone

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th January, 2008 S.O. 745(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th day of March, 2008 as the date from which the Special Economic Zone for information technology or information technology enabled services or Business Process Outsourcing sector at Madhuranthagam Taluk, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu by M/s.
