NOTIFICATION NO. 01/2008, DT. 11/04/2008 Notification of Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 incorporating the Annual Supplement as updated on 11th April, 2008 In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.2 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby notifies the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 incorporating the Annual Supplement as updated on 11th April 2008 and contained in Annexure to this notification.
