Amendments to Notification No 4 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 11.04.08 read with Notification No 5 dated 15.04.2008 - Supply of Cement to SEZ NOTIFICATION NO. 12 (RE-2008)/2004-2009, Dated: May 21, 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amendments to the Notifications No.4 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 11th April, 2008 read with Notification No.5 dated 15th April, 2008 : 2. (ii) The existing ban on export of cement and cement clinker shall not be applicable to export to Nepal .
