NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 2nd July, 2008 S.O. 1612(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby apponits the 2nd day of July, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Sargasan (Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway), Taluka Gandhinagar, District Gandhinagar in the State of Gujarat proposed to be developed by M/s.
