Information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Village Kolkhe, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad in the State of Maharashtra . NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 10th July, 2008 S.O. 1657(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th of July, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Village Kolkhe, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad in the State of Maharashtra proposed to be developed by M/s.
