J.T. Holdings Private Limited, Andhra Pradesh Notification No : S.O. 784(E), dated 18-5-2007. Whereas M/s. J.T. Holdings Private Limited, a private organisation in the State of Andhra Pradesh, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereinafter referred to as the Act, to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Imarat Kancha, Raviriyal Village, Himarath Taluka, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at the said Raviriyal Village area on 7th April, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Imarat Kancha, Raviriyal Village, Himarath Taluka, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given below, as a Special Economic Zone namely:— Survey number : 1/1 Total area : 28.33 hectares.
