Inland Container Deport sector specific Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES sector at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra - S.O. 2021 (E) - Special Economic ZoneExtract Inland Container Deport sector specific Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES sector at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 11th August, 2008 S.O. 2021 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 11th day of August, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES sector at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra proposed to be developed by M/s. Navi Mumbai SEZ Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Deport under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. [F. No. F. 1/49/2007-SEZ] ANIL MUKIM, Jt. Secy.
