Companies Registered Under Companies Act

|
The Number of Companies registered under the Companies Act during the year 2014-15 is 64,395. The number of Companies listed in stock exchange during the year 2014-15 is 66.
The total authorised capital of public and private limited companies registered during the year 2014-15 is ₹ 8,826.80 crore and 22,953.93 crore respectively.
