Annual Permission for of Furnace Oil for Boilers

Contents

We are 100% EOU and procuring Furnace Oil under CT-3 without payment of duty.

Dept is asking to obtain annual permission under Circular No. 81/2001.

Whereas as per circular no. 29/2003 it is not required.

Please clarify
