Rebate Reversal and Interest Payment for Export Reversal , Central Excise

We have made Export and taken the rebate for the same. but now it got rejected by the customer.

my question is do we have to pay the rebate back to government or can we reverse it from CENVAT

do we need to pay the interest on the rabate amount
