Balance Sheet Signing Date, Income Tax

Hi Have one query on the Balance Sheet Signing Date Company A accounting year for ROC purpose is Jan to Dec and the returned is filed with ROC on 30th Jun For Income Tax purchase Company A makes another set of financial for Apr - Mar and it has internationsal transcation with Related Party therefore it submit the tax return by 30th Nov

Query

1) By when we the B/s has to be signed (is it before 30th Sep or 30th Nov)

2) By when the tax audit report needs to be signed (is it before 30th Sep or 30th Nov)

Please let me know your opinion

It is 30th Day of November if the conditions of clause (aa) of Explanation 2 of Section 139(1) are satisfied else it would be 30th September.

But clause referred is for the return of Income.

I understand the tax audit report, form 3CEB & the return of Income needs to be filed by 30th Nov.

My query, till what date the audit should be completed and the Balance Sheet should be signed off. Can this be after 30th Sep also?

Pleas advice
