We are food factory can we able to give our product to our staff and workers issuing the self consumption invoice? Please suggest me .

Yes, but duty is required to be paid by you on the said product and invoice is to be prepared and issued.

Dear Samik,

You need to also charge VAT at appropriate rate while issuing such Invoices.
