CT-1 Issue is Extension time period, Central Excise

Dear sir,

My Query is I have Purchase the material agent CT-1 total (Export of Material ) Amount 6,23,610/- Excise Duty

& .i have all ready extension 6 month.

Possible new extension time period

& Export has been canceled

Sir,

Since the export order is canceled and you have executed the bond for obtaining the excisable goods without payment of duty under CT-1, you have to pay the duty leviable on the excisable goods received under the cover of CT-1.

but sir excise department ready extension 6 month,

& my next export is Malaysia can use the material CT-1 bond this export material description Should be same

& Bond is Malaysia Country
