Convert the Manual Invoicing system into Computerized system, Central Excise

Dear Experts,

If i wish to convert my manual billing system into computerized one then in online ACES portal only option of intimating the manual bill book is there but if i want to use computerized i.e. auto generated invoice no. auto sequenced then How can i intimate the department for the same.

Dear Sir,

As per my view, you may intimate the starting serial numbers and ending serial numbers of your invoices which are to be used.

But in Computerized system no ending limit. Then how can i intimate by giving the last serial no. infact no limitations is there in computerized system.

You may simply inform the Range Superintendent about your conversion of manual billing system to computerized one and also you have to the details of manual billing and the payment made on the basis of the invoices.
