Query in Form 402, VAT + CST

Respected sir,

if we fill form no. 402 for bringing material from outside state , in this form we have been asked consigned value in Basic Info. Sheet & commodity value in the sheet of commodity Details , so which figure will be entered in both places....

pls. clarify.....

please issue 403 i/o 402.

402 for sending the goods out side the state.

403 for bringing material outside state..

pls. confirm the which consigned value will be shown ? and which commodity value ?

Consignment value and commodity value should be same. Please check the instructions given for filling up the form. Thanks.
