Sh.Harkirat Singh, Ji You can download from from TMI, if you are paid member. Otherwise visit www.cbec.gov.in and click on Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax you will find 'FORMS'. Again click on 'FORMS'. Your problem will be solved.
