Hi All

Is it mandatory for startup textiles export company to do registration in export promotion council and get RCMC certificate?

Can we export goods without RCMC certificate?

Hi, you can check it by yourself

Kindly visit Indian trade portal.in (official website of Government) and enter your product, in it see the export policy.

If you find

FREE = Only IEC code issued from dgft.gov.in is enough

RESPECTED = More Certification like RCMC is Required

PROHIBITED = You can not export that product.

More over you can take the help of CHA (Custom house agent in your area) regarding this matter.
