Dear Experts, 1. What is the Ceiling Limit of holding Agricultural Land by (i) an Individual (ii) Real Estate Company or Company ? 2. What is the Ceiling Limit of holding Non-Agricultural Land (Converted Land) by (i) an Individual (ii) Real Estate Company or Company ? 3. Can A Company hold Agricultural Land in Karnataka ?
