can we TRF the SAD credit to other plant in diff state

Sir,

You can transfer the credit along with inputs only. You cannot transfer the credit alone to your plant in different state.

Yes you can do it under Rule Rule 10A of Cenvat credit rules for additional duty paid under section 3(5) of custom tariff act.
