Cenvat Credit Rules (2017) have been made alive vide Notification No.20/17-CE(NT) dated 30.6.2017. These Credit Rules supercede Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004. Also see Notification No.15/17-(CE) meant for carry-forward un-utilised credit in GST period.
Please reefer section 143(1)(a) of the CGST act 2017,read with Rule 45 of CGST Rule 2017 for job work Procedure under GST.
