How to claim cenvet credit in ST-3 i.e service tax return. Is there any form to claim input benefit under under Cenvat Credit Rule, 2004? What is the remedy, if the said detail claiming cenvet credit not accompanied along with ST-3 return Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
There is no specified form to claim the credit. In the new ST-3 form the releven column has been insterted. But old form was salient on this issue. If the department wants to verify the correctness of the cenvat credit, you must produce the relevant invoices, details of credit etc.
There is no specific claim form for availing the Cenvat Credit . You can directly claim the cenvat on GAR-7 Challan. Page: 1 Old Query - New Comments are closed. |
