I was passing through a query of one of my client, in which my client is importing PDLC ((Polymer-Dispersed Liquid Crystal) Film in INDIA from China and he wanted to know the Custom Duty Implication on the same.

What could be the Custom Code ?

Can you elaborate the manufacturing process of the product and function and end use of the same ? "Others" (in Chapter Heading Nos.3901. to 3914) is a sea and may be covered under, "Others". Exact classification/HSN is possible only after above information.
