10% contribution by Government in EPF of new employees

  • Contents

I want to know that if any existing employee of a company whose salary is greater than the specified limit of EPF act, registered under EPF voluntary by his/her employer on or after 01-04-2018 and his employer makes contribution and he/she him/herself makes contribution in EPF. Then whether he/she will eligible for contribution of 10% by government for 3 years as per Budget-2018?

It is UAN ie. the same number irrespective of the employer.

It is for new enrolment and not for the existing PF member
