Retirement and admission of partners Are to be done in the same deed but the Registrar of Firms informed that seperate deed must be prepared as per Madras high court order Is there any case law available.?

Below mentioned steps must be taken in order to change the name of the firm:

Duly attested previous partnership deed.

Duly attested new partnership deed on a stamp papaer.

ID proof and residential proof of all the partners along with their passport size photograph.

Incorporation certificates.
