Sir, there is one cess called Punjab state cancer and drug addiction @ 10 paise per quintal on crushing of sugarcane. Whether such cess automatically abolishe after GST or still sugar mill required to pay. Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
This cess has not been abolished. This cess is not mentioned in the list of Cesses abolished. Not automatically abolished.
