Dear All, Can Power of Attorney be taken by son for his father's HUF. Age of father is more that's why son wants to take up power in his hand for HUF Property and bank transaction. 1) Can son take PoA?? if yes then what legal compliance need to follow?& 2) please anyone can send format of same?
