Status of implementation of surcharge on VAT by Haryana Govt. as proposed in the budget. Some dealers have started charging the surcharge on VAT w.e.f 01-04-2010.

Effective date for charging Surcharge on VAT is from 1 April 2010 vide Notification No. Leg.3/2010 Dated 2nd April, 2010 issued by Haryana Government.
