We happen to come across one circuler of 1996 no 270 wherein it was suggested Pass out gwate pass system for removal of liquid gases. Could it possible that in this regards, we have any updation in his infromation. or shall we carry the same rules. Any new circuler reference nunber wil be appriciated Regards.
