GOODS RECEIVED FOR REPAIAING PURPOSE, Central Excise

We had cleared material to customer situated at Jammu under EPCG License in  the year 2008.

Now party require to send the machine for repairing purpose pl advice what documents we require from customer under excise Act.

An invoice in this regard will be suffice.  Kindly also check the Rule 16 of the Central Excise Rules 2002.
