my Company nature of business is Digital Printing on Flex material. we are paying VAT .

Service tax applicability or not.

The nature of work attracts VAT only.  No service tax is applicable on such transactions.

The service would have been taxable under business auxliary service, but there is a specific exemption for printing, hence you need not pay service tax.
