Dear Sir, Income from Real Estate business is tretated as Income from Business & Profession or Capital Gain or House Property when it is done on Proprietorship , Partnership Socitey .

These details are not sufficient to comment upon the nature of income. The background, the circumstances, the purpose etc. needs to be analyzed before concluding the head of income under which the same is taxable.
