..... the appellant was arrested and in custody and has undergone conviction under the different Acts and also considering that he is in bad health, I reduce the fine to Rs. 1.5 lakhs (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand) and penalty to Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand). 5. Subject to this modification, the impugned order is upheld. The appeal is partly allowed.
