Whether separate accounts in books as well as separate entries in the bills are required in respect of Edu cess of 2% and SHE cess of 1% ?? Or can we charge straight 3% in the bill ?? Reply By S .....

..... udhir V S: The Reply: Dear Mr. Aggarwal, Since SHEC is a seperate levy, it has to be accounted seperately, and also has ot be charged and paid seperately.
