Short Title Commencement (i) These Regulations may be called the Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident Outside India) (Ninth Amendment) Regulations, 2014. (ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of the notification. 2. Explanation: In case of partly paid equity shares, the period of 180 days shall be reckoned from the date of receipt of each call payment. (d).
