..... AMENDMENT TO THE COMPANIES (SIGNIFICANT BENEFICIAL OWNERS) RULES, 2018 - By: - Mr. M. GOVINDARAJAN - Corporate Laws / IBC / SEBI - Dated:- 13-2-2019 - - Introduction The Ministry of Corporate Affairs made the Rules called as The Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018 vide Notification No. 561(E), dated 13.06.2018 . The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has now brought an amendment to the said Rules vide The Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Amendment Rules, 2019 on 08.02.2019. The amended Rules shall come into effect after the publication of the said rules in the official gazette. Major changes have been taken place in this amendment. New definitions have been substituted and inserted. New Rule .....
