The entries in the measurement books were made only after verifying the performance of work and thus no entry in the measurement books issued to the applicant was anti dated. In furtherance of the criminal conspiracy, undue favour was shown to M/s NKG Infrastructure by awarding tender on exorbitant rates and then making false entries in the measurement books to show the execution of the work on a later date.
