The learned Senior Counsel for the respondent further submitted that the claims were processed as per Regulation 25 read with Regulation 19(4) of Liquidation Process Regulations, 2016 verifying the audited books of accounts of Corporate Debtor and intimated to all workmen/employees regarding their claims under Sec 40(2). Consequently, the list of stakeholders was published on the website and filed before this Bench with the following remarks: The claim amount admitted is subject to further scrutiny based on subsequent information/ documents sought from the Corporate Debtor / Creditors, and the Liquidator may modify / correct the list of claims under Regulations 31(3) and 31(4) of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016, on the direction of the NCLT IV.
