The Board, after deliberations, approved cancellation of co-developer status granted to M/s. Syngene International Limited in the aforesaid SEZ and directed DC to ensure that the revenue is safeguarded and an undertaking is taken for indemnity against any future liability. 108.6 Miscellaneous Cases (one proposal) 108.6 (i) Request of M/s. Rain CII Carbon (Vizag) Limited (RCCVL) for permission for doing Job Work, wherein Foreign Buyers will supply Raw Petroleum Coke (RPC) and Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) as Raw Materials and take back the finished product, CPC.
